Electrical Apprentice — Commercial

About This Role

Acharya Enterprises is recruiting electrical apprentices for commercial construction projects throughout the Pune area. You'll work alongside licensed electricians on new construction and tenant improvement projects including office buildings, retail spaces, and light industrial facilities. Pay is based on experience and apprenticeship level. We offer tuition reimbursement for ITI or equivalent apprenticeship programs under the Apprentices Act.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing conduit, wire, and electrical components
• Pull wire and cable through conduit and cable trays
• Mount panels, boxes, and lighting fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial electrical experience or ITI trade completion
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to enroll in or continue an apprenticeship program
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
• Basic safety training certification required within 30 days of hire
