Customer Service Representative — Call Center

About This Role

We're hiring customer service representatives for an in-house call center at a growing logistics company in Hinjewadi, Pune. You'll handle inbound calls from customers tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and coordinating with dispatch. Full paid training is provided. Top performers are eligible for monthly incentives and advancement opportunities within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Track shipments and provide real-time status updates
• Resolve delivery issues and escalate complex cases as needed
• Coordinate with dispatch teams to resolve service exceptions
• Document all interactions in CRM system accurately

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills (Hindi/Marathi/English)
• Ability to type 10+ WPM and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• 12th pass or graduate, as required
• Availability for shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM Monday–Saturday
